We loved our time here. In addition, the parking was nearby.

It was worth its 3 stars. Overall, it's incredible base for exploring Scarborough attractions. Just a 15-minute stroll to the centre. The food looked alright. Thanks again to waiter, you rock! The standard queen room suited us: it had tea/coffee making equipment and a multi-channel TV.

All in all really GOOD stay. We do recommend as we appreciated new southlands.
Nothing I didn't like to be fair.
